This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and BayerFlow ("Company") for the BayerFlow software application ("Software").
Upon purchase, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on one (1) computer at a time. You may transfer the license between your own machines by deactivating on one before activating on another.
The Software includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No payment information is required for the trial. After the trial period, a valid license key is required to continue using the Software.
Your license includes 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase. After the update period, you may continue using the last version received. Access to newer versions requires an update renewal.

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the Company. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software.
You retain full ownership and rights to all video files processed by the Software. The Company makes no claim to your footage or output.
The Software includes an optional feature that collects small anonymous pixel patches during processing to help train improved denoising models. This feature is disabled by default and requires your explicit opt-in consent. Collected patches are small (256×256 raw Bayer pixels), contain no personally identifiable information, and cannot be used to reconstruct recognizable images. You may disable this feature at any time in Settings, which will stop collection and delete all locally stored training data. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
